A senior Programme Director and Business Change professional with over 17 years experience covering HCM, Finance, IT and Operations. Delivery of extensive change and transformation programmes on a global scale covering over 132 countries with employee bases of more than 50,000 covering industries such as legal, media, technology and financial service. Delivery of multiple shared service centres in various geographies and management of truly global teams of over 200 people. Vendor, consultancy and implementation partner management. Engagement from board level down to design and deliver the appropriate solution including ToM, from initial business case and vendor selection through to delivery. Numerous programme engagements covering Oracle (Cloud / Fusion / PeopleSoft / Taleo), Workday and – to a lesser extent – SAP.

• Successful  end-to-end delivery a multiple (6+), global transformation programmes of HR and Finance in Oracle Cloud and Workday including for leading global technology firms, aviation providers, media and financial services firms
• Multiple language, regional and culturally diverse deliveries including in the legal sector
• Multiple legacy PeopleSoft transitions
• Experience within both client and vendor to provider perspective of both parties (both Oracle and Workday)
• Significant payroll consolidation experience (over 132 separate instances)
• Multiple Taleo implementations in health, financial services and retail

• 15 Years MSP Experience
• Agile (Scrum) Experience
• Post Graduate Specialisation in Business and Financial Modeling – Wharton
• Physics Degree – Imperial College, University of London
