Simon has over 15 years experience driving customer-led digital transformation for UK and global brands.

He drives and co-creates roadmaps for change in complex stakeholder environments, based on strategic plans, prioritised by customer value projection. Plans are developed from business teams, customer teams, insight and customer experience (CX) and co-creation with wider stakeholder groups.

His specialism is driving plans through to results – Customer Value Acceleration.

He leads and sponsors implementation across marketing, digital, IT development and agency partners. He drives test and learn strategy and omni-channel results optimisation, with identification and roll-out of best practice.

Simon has added significant value to brands and organisations, in at least 3 specific cases more than £ ½ billion each. That’s three half-unicorns of value !

Simon has worked for boutique management consultancies and some of the world’s finest advertising and DM agencies.

His experience spans a wide range of UK and global blue-chip branded clients including Liberty Global, Virgin Media, PepsiCo Walkers, Doritos, BBC, Vodafone, O2, Nokia, Argos, New Look, Citibank EMEA, IBM, CrossCountry rail, Carnival – Cunard and P&O Cruises, Monarch, QANTAS, Star Alliance and British Airways.
