Ann is a highly experienced in establishing PMO functionality and embedding governance within a portfolio of Programmes complementing her significant experience in designing, delivering and leading complex Programmes and Projects in business transformation and systems change with effective stakeholder management at all levels whilst working with direct and multi-organisational teams, building on 9 years consulting in Financial Services and Investment Management.
