As CRM & Data Manager I am responsible for all data management for more than 40 magazines campaign requests. Data segmentation, promotion calendar and wording advice for marketing regulations among other duties.
Responsibilities
- End to end email, push, SMS Campaigns
- Data Migration from Salesforce to Selligent (Belgium CRM)
- Development and execution of the new CRM strategy and email campaigns performances based on eKPI results.
- Automation of Email (Welcome Emails for all newsletter sign ups)
- Journey forms: Sign up pages, thank you messages, competition forms
- Email automation on Salesforce (by running the necessary queries to be automatically sent within a particular timeframe)
- Trainings for all advertising teams on Selligent CRM
- Data results driven on a timely manner in order to improve email campaigns revenue
- Email weekly meeting for portfolio campaigns and deals in order to improve the data analysis per audience segmentation
- Daily data calendar management and update
- GDPR guidance and marketing consents
- End to end bespoke data building
- Liaising with all clients and stakeholders for all data requests
Achievements
- Problem solving for all the daily data request/issues
- Success segmenting and engaging audiences by targeting the different request by using demographics, interest etc…
- HTML analysis for finding out related issues for broken links/images when transferring content from the CMS (Taxi) to the CRM (Selligent)
- eKPI reports to analyse and share with the stakeholders the metrics and the performance of their campaigns
