Experience throughout all stages of Software Development and Change Management Lifecycles over 8 years. I recently created a communications policy for a business unit consisting of over 13,000 colleagues at MMC, providing templates, comms plans and reviewing the communications. Using Qualtrics, I compose, distribute and analyze company-wide surveys. I setup, trained and managed a 3 person financial application support team in Mumbai at Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) for nearly 4 years. I have travelled to the Asia region several times to provide demos for JLT’s financial applications, so I am willing to travel for my role. Very experienced at analyzing problems and providing solutions, as well as improvements for current solutions. From my experience, I regularly engage with colleagues across the business, ranging from the Chairman and technical teams to clients and vendors, so I am able to communicate as needed within different areas.
