Immediately available, I am an experienced CIO/IT Director/IT Consultant covering all IT disciplines, with a background in Operations, Infrastructure and IT Service Delivery & many years of experience in Product & Portfolio management, Transition and Change Management. My career experience includes working for organisations listed in the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and start-ups; both privately owned & PE backed, covering UK, international and global geographies.

Throughout my career, I have led IT teams ranging from 45 to 200 strong and am used to managing strategic vendor partnerships covering applications development, automated testing and infrastructure services. I tend to adopt a business-driven IT leadership approach, aligning IT to business requirements, instilling a customer centric culture across the IT team.

My last three roles have been to undertake a review of the respective organisation’s IT landscape, covering people, process and technology and to establish and implement plans to transform each at pace; positioning the IT department to deliver more robust, scalable, secure systems and services in support of strategic business goals. Essentially, working with the key business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational challenges and supporting the business to overcome these by proposing and implementing effective and innovative technological solutions.
