Xamarin Developer

I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic developer with 10+ years of C# development experience in both professional and personal projects entailing Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android, Universal Windows Platform (UWP), Windows Phone, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Silverlight, and Windows Forms.

I also have experience in developing back-ends for mobile apps using ASP.NET Web APIs hosted in Azure.

I enjoy building well-architected Xamarin.Forms apps using C# and XAML, patterns such as MVVM and Dependency Injection, and an open-source framework called Prism. I love the abstractions offered by Xamarin.Forms, but I am also very comfortable working on platform specific features using effects and custom renderers. In the recent past, I have implemented push notifications using Firebase and Azure Logic Apps. I currently use Moq and SpecFlow to write unit tests and BDD tests. I also use App Center for analytics and crash reporting. I am open-minded, so I can easily switch to other tools and frameworks that assist with the development, testing, distribution and monitoring of mobile apps.
