- GDPR road-map devised for Operational Technology and IoT, based on close involvement of stakeholders and legal guidance; sponsored by Global Chief Digitalisation Officer and COO; achieved rapid start, completing Data Mapping and Systems Registry within 2 months .
- Avoided £750k in cost of a three month delay by creating the service catalogue for the commercial carrier of a new centralised service by agile means in only 2 months, stakeholder approval in one more month.
