• Managed all Software Application development combination of traditional Waterfall and new Agile methodologies and have directed entire Mobile application technology developments.
• Implemented Bio Metric technology – time and attendance for 2,000 personnel annually
• Overseen upgrades of desktop OS and networks infrastructure including virtualisation and developed the Infrastructure project delivery to cloud environments
• Improved Business Analysis for process mapping & documentation
• Overseen systems analysis, design, configuration and re-engineering for all IT projects

• Developed the project planning and program management for software & hardware solutions
• Managed the procurement of £1million per annum spend of all IT systems, hardware, software and comms

• Directed the hardwired & wireless network infrastructure delivery, across circa 10 offices including VPNs
• Achieved the delivery of a new Enterprise Content Management to manage digital content for entire business, across 250+ users
