I work within Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2 project environments and operate at all stages of the project lifecycle.

My focus is very much on close engagement with stakeholders : strategic decision makers, operational managers, users and my colleagues in the delivery team.

I work directly with individuals and in group workshops to build and validate the initial backlog, and to refine those requirements with the developers. I demonstrate solutions to ensure they are understood and to determine where corrections are required. I use my acquired understanding to test with developers and then to perform and manage UAT.

According to project requirements, I also provide deployment planning, documentation and training. Using advanced Excel, VBA and SQL I also contribute to data migration and validation.
