We have been working closely with our sister company Incite-Insight and via them Bench.Direct are pleased to be able to offer 3 different mentoring courses. These are aimed at three different levels. Mentoring Programme – Middle Management Level for those looking to step up to the next level in their career. Mentoring Programme – Head of Department Level to help going that step higher to C-Level and for existing CXO’s looking to sharpen their skills or have a sounding board we have the Mentoring Programme – Executive CXO Level. The Incite Insight ‘ITIL In A Day’ course provides staff with an understanding of how their IT operation can be more efficient and more effective, the role they can play in this and how IT can therefore better meet the business’s objectives. The course covers the entire and introduces the core service management concepts, definitions and principles. At the end of the day, delegates take the ITIL Foundation exam. ITIL 4 Foundation

ITIL 4 Foundation is the most accepted foundation-level ITIL certification available for IT professionals.
