I am a true agile aficionado and champion of change. I specialize in assessment, strategy, management and delivery of business change and transformation programs (digital, agile) across all aspects of change: strategy, technology, people and structure.

My forte is in helping companies create a vision, strategy and plan to shift the organization towards agile mindset (=be agile) and help them achieve business agility by implementing new or revising/upgrading existing ways of working, operating model, processes and tooling.
I have vast experience designing and delivering agile transformation programmes within both public and private sectors, in big corporate environment as well as startups, across whole organization and on more local level. I have successfully coached senior executives, teams and individuals on their path to agility.
I also have demonstrated achievements and expertise delivering complex project and programme portfolios of £10m+, aligning business strategy with technology solutions to achieve targets and drive growth.
