Agile Coach & Release Train Engineer

An SPC qualified Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer who has led companies on Agile Transformations and set up and run SAFe Agile Release Trains. Additionally, an experienced, senior Programme Manager, having delivered large, complex, global change programmes (both business and IT) in insurance and banking.

• Design, coaching and implementation of Agile transformations for companies
• Setting up and running of Value Streams and ARTs
• Programme Management of large, strategic, global IT and Change programmes (up to £25m)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Agile Leader (CAL1), Prince 2 Practitioner, Advanced Diploma in Coaching, NLPMP
