Steve A
Principal Agile Transformation Coach
As a practising Managed RAD/Agile project team member, trainer, mentor and Corporate Agile Transformation Coach since 1993 (latterly since 1996), I have led teams and organisations in the cultural and technical changes needed for successful Agile Philosophy and Principles implementation.
I draw on my experience of DSDM (now ABC), Scrum, Kanban, XP and, latterly, the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to configure appropriate bespoke Agile Practices for teams and organisations, developing the specific processes and practices and developing/giving the bespoke training to all affected roles.
As an Agile Coach, I ensure that development teams and stakeholders are fully and appropriately trained in the organisation’s Agile approach and encourage personnel to list the options for solving problems and then select the best option based on the values expressed in the Agile Manifesto and Principles.
I have worked in most business sectors, both commercial and public-sector, leaving all in a much better state than when I arrived!
I believe that I would be a valuable asset to any organisation for both Agile Transformation Coaching and Leadership.
