I’m a highly experienced, Dynamics CRM/365 Microsoft Certified consultant and developer in the areas of digital transformation, marketing automation technology and operating model excellence. With a background in operations management, marketing and B2B/B2C training sales I have 15 years of full-lifecycle Dynamics CRM/365 implementations, enhancements and upgrades across sectors including central government, fintech, wealth management, insurance, legal, and membership organisations.

Specialising in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Omnichannel, FinOps and Power Platform I am very skilled at aligning CRM delivery to business and IT strategy, RFP and business case delivery.   •  D365 design and configuration for Penningtons Manches LLP to meet client risk assessment requirements related to AML prevention; on-demand calculation of risk level by geography and legal case type
  • D365 organisation security model design and implementation to support role-based access control and provide a secure legal case approval layer for senior associate access
  • managed the data cleansing, process improvement and GDPR compliance of the Victoria & Albert Museum’s CRM and digital marketing services ahead of a major upgrade to Dynamics 365
