I am an Azure certified professional with more than 4 years experience in ITIL service operation processes, working in a 24*7 environment with various technologies. I have worked for Microsoft internal projects in support and service delivery, covering incident management, change management and release management. I also have experience in Azure DevOps (CI/CD process and deploying applications) including GitHub. I have hands-on experience of Data migration processes from on-prem environments to cloud platforms.

I also specialize in SLA’s, KPI’s, RCA’s of application issues. Covering support team (Tier-1 and Tier-2) as a Site Reliability Engineer in Azure platform (IAAS and PAAS) focusing delivery methodologies.
