Trained project and programme management professional and chartered insurer, with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Exposure to the general insurance market, ‘big-4’ consultancy, Lloyd’s syndicates and some of the largest global insurers in the UK.
Exposure to project and programme management, programme assurance, data management and governance, finance and financial reporting, business analysis, actuarial, risk management, vendor management and regulatory including GDPR and Solvency II.
Three months constructing a GDPR programme delivery framework and operating model
Eight years’ programme management of Solvency II within the UK, Europe and Lloyd’s markets.
Two and a half years as a Financial Reporting Consultant at a major Lloyd’s syndicate.
Fourteen months as a Solvency II Programme Manager for another Lloyd’s syndicate.
Two years as an Executive Advisor at a big-4 consultancy.
Key skills include excellent stakeholder and communications management and an ability to lead from the front. Hands-on capability to understand detail as well as manage critical risks and success factors.
