• Integrating Partner services into multi-tower solutions
• Develop new services, cost models and align them to commercial market expectation, working with the Service Portfolio Manager and Product Managers
• Create and implement service turn around roadmaps for Service Deliver Managers and customers where SLAs and KPIs have been an issue
