Initiated and managed the full lifecycle of IT projects to fulfil the IT roadmap and strategy, ensuring that the chosen solution supports the business needs. Projects have included:
- Created the global IT strategy and roadmap including risk assessments, cyber defences and international business continuity plan and IT governance, plus data protection and data retention policies.
- Initiated a vendor review program, which replaced the global IT outsource partner to be more cost effective and provided improved SLAs. Monitored the overall performance of the suppliers against their key deliverables and SLAs. Delivered cost savings through annual contract renegotiation, making circa 10% savings against the IT budget.
- Overhauled IT Support to create a new 24×7 white glove support structure and introduced ITSM.
- Implemented a new BYOD platform.
- Replaced the CRM and project tracking system with Salesforce.
- Led the RFP process and negotiated the new Finance and HR systems.
- Introduced enhanced cyber security by introducing a SOC, SIEM, Darktrace, Carbon Black, Cylance, IDAM, DUO, NAC, IDS, IPS and various educational programs including phishing campaigns.
