I have 23 years’ experience working with technology programmes and business transformation, more recently working as a Director of an IT portfolio of projects. I am educated to Master’s degree standard and have consistently demonstrated an innovative approach to problem solving whilst maintaining focused delivery to scope and realizing commercial outcomes. I have a track record of completing parallel programmes in many disciplines and methodologies, including periods of start-up, acquisition or transformational change. Prior to working in technology I worked for 5 years as a Commercial Project Manager in the engineering industry.
I am experienced in Scrum/Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and am a MSP/PRINCE2 Practitioner with a proven background in successfully building and leading high-performance teams with accountability to the Executive Board and CTO/CIO for programmes of work in excess of £70m.
