Back in June 2019, Sylwia joined BT Enterprise as a Delivery Manger /Scrum Master to provide strategic leadership to a key portfolio of Omega Digital Programme by co-ordinating effort of Connect squad in delivering ongoing, high-quality digital customer experience. Managed entire scrum process from sprint planning and daily stand-ups to review and retrospective, which entailed clear communication of project scope and domains. Partnered with Product Owner to outline a roadmap that aligns product scope with vision.
