I work with clients to help them to clarify and agree critical business issues, scope how to address those issues and to implement the solutions that they have developed with my support.

For over twenty years, I have worked with clients globally to help them to address their issues. This work has either been whilst with major consultancy firms – Gemini Consulting and KPMG, boutique change management consultancies or most recently as a freelancer. I enjoy freelancing as it gives me the freedom to work with clients where I know I can help. I have deliberately worked across sectors and across business transformation skillsets so that I can offer the client what best suits them. Skills include: Growing effective leaders and leadership teams; Building organisational capabilities; Establishing high performance teams ; Coaching; Cultural change; Visioning and transformation mapping; Organisation design and restructuring ; Operational improvement; Performance management; Implementation and Programme and project management, including prioritisation for the business.
