I have successfully delivered key change programmes/projects from inception through to completion, for a number of high-street and household names including: – Yodel, Barclays, Shop Direct (Very and Littlewoods), and additionally other tech organisations (BlackBerry, Juniper Networks) working with on and offshore managed teams (BA’s, architects, security, DevOps, QA/Test, service management), global 3rd parties, vendors.

I have delivered a range of diverse programmes and projects with budgets in excess of £5m and reporting into C-level stakeholders and sponsors.
