Throughout my career to date I have managed a range of successful projects involving substantial changes to ways of working, organisation, culture, processes and systems. Full Project life cycle experience alingside extensive experience of working in a variety of sectors both private and public arena. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

I have managed budgets up to £6m and teams of 25 or more based over several locations. The teams have managed have been over various skillsets and business areas ranging from IT technical resource to Social Workers etc.

I am used to working in dynamic and changing environments. Working for firms such as Barclays, Cap Gemini, Deloittes, Capita into organisations such as government bodies – The Inland Revenue, MOD, NHS, Utilities, Local Councils.

I have led in developing roadmaps and strategy on many of my assignments ensuring my project deliveries meet these strategies and have worked on several transformation programs both in private and public sector

I have experience in working in multiple delivery methodologies including agile (Scrum, DSDM) and Water fall ensuring both quality, timeliness of delivery and value for money are achieved.

Delivered successful projects on various platforms ranging from mainframe, client server, web, cloud based solutions both internal and externally facing applications
