A strong and inspirational leader who drives change through the motivation and development of individuals and the team.   An excellent communicator, at all levels, who establishes outstanding stakeholder relationships to ‘C’ level. Has led multi million pound strategic and regulatory programmes shaping, scoping and defining deliverables and developing governance structures. Can take complex and critical business concepts through the lifecycle of challenge and development including Board approval.
