I have been a Salesforce Administrator and Technical Lead for 10 years, working for companies big and small. I am proud to say I have been an integral part of three SFDC implementations, but also have been involved in a number of trans-formative projects, designed to get the most out of the platform.

I am a firm believer in the ‘clicks not code’ mentality of designing Salesforce Solutions. My aim with every build is to be able to walk away from any system I have helped design and for the next SFDC Admin to be able to pick up and see exactly how it works. I have been a key part of numerous large implementation projects, I have redesigned solutions that we not working as they should be, and I am an active member of the Salesforce community, constantly keeping my knowledge up to date.
