Through cross-departmental liaison delivered sales support primarily to 30 EMEA sales reps responsible for 2000+ global clients including Fortune 1000 companies such as Norvatis, Danske Bank, Sanofi & Equnior. Worked closely with global account management team to ensure client assets portfolio & billing accuracy. Gained proficient knowledge in Webcasting & Webhosting, Streaming, Newswire and SOX Compliance.

Responsibilities also included: Account Management, Order-to-bill workflow, new sales & BDR Salesforce training, Salesforce implementation development and testing, JIRA & bug reports, customer service, contract creation, amendments and cancellations.
