I’ve successfully introduced agile practices and have more than 20 years’ experience of leading teams covering a spectrum of technologies to deliver digital applications and services. The past few years I’ve guided teams in digital delivery of front and backend services, taking a human centric approach. I’ve experience of Government Digital Services, successfully delivering products from initial discovery through Alpha to live deployment.
Adopting Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, SAFe etc, I develop individual, team, product and portfolio performance in the context of enterprise business change, improving speed and quality of product delivery. I coach teams and people across the organisation in the work they do while delivering concrete business benefits. I have an excellent working knowledge of various agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Actionable Agile, User Snap as well visual Kanban boards and their use across distributed teams.
