I am a certified Scrum Master and PMI certified PMP with a track record of leading the delivery of complex projects from initial concept through to launch. I am known for my calm demeanour and ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels. As a SM Delivery Manager I have coached teams to stay motivated and focused on delivery and achieving their potential. I understand and embrace the value of building a collaborative culture to foster self-managing and productive teams.
I am experienced in managing onshore / offshore teams through multiple concurrent projects. Having worked in multiple projects at a time, I have the ability to work under pressure and multitask with ease.
My extensive experience as a PM consultant in various organisations has helped hone my ability to adapt to new situations/environments quickly. I am able to pick out areas that need immediate attention and focus on them to deliver results quickly.

PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP – equivalent to Prince2)
