Five years ago I left the British Army. Over 23 years, I served in several of the worlds hot-spots often under extreme pressures. It was here that I realised that only through trust, collaboration and removing obstacles can we realise the very best outcomes from our people. For the last 2 years of my military service and the 4 years since, I have spent in product development environments coaching those skills that I know lead to success. My ability to lead, coach, train, decide, relate and deliver are built on solid experience. I am one of only a small number of Certified Scrum Professionals in the UK, a Certified Product Owner as well as an ICAgile Enterprise Coach. I am also a Chartered Manager. I have many other qualifications that, whilst not applied directly at work, do allow a me a well-rounded view of how products and projects work.
