Having worked with some of the largest companies of the industry, I have gained a wide experience with various tools, methods and best practices of the field.
I have used HP’s tailor-made Service Manager-based tool for service management, the whole palette of the Office applications including SharePoint (up until O365). I have participated in M&A activities, set up dedicated support teams to new customers as well as coordinated software deliveries to new or existing customers.
SLA reporting, setting up and adjusting KPIs, process improvement programs as well as resource planning are all in my portfolio.
Having been praised by customers for a customer-centric approach and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, I am happy to work with several people to achieve the best results.
I am holding Certified IT Manager, ITIL v3 Foundation and ITIL Service Operation certifications, and speak Hungarian natively, English fluently (C1 level) and German and Swedish on a beginner level.
