Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager

18+ years experience. Indicative day rate £600. Geo – UK Wide.

An experienced Service Delivery and Project Manager / TDA. ITILv3, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master Certified, with considerable technical (UNIX, Oracle, SQL, SalesForce, ServiceNow) and team management experience, working with both UK and Offshore based staff. Frequently based on Client Sites and comfortable in a client-facing role. Experienced in Incident, Problem and Change Management, as well as Root Cause Analysis and Vendor Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acknowledged expert in clients’ Quality Management systems. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of systems supported and how they interface with the rest of the business. Able to express technical matters in terms which are understood by non-technical people.
