I’m an experienced Service Desk manager, with 11 years management experience in large, complex global organisations. 3 years ago I had to begin working closer to home for family reasons, and support VIPs such as board directors, entrepreneurs, CEO's through IT-Conserv (contractor agency). I am looking for contract roles within Surrey/London either in a. hands on support role, or managing Service Desks/2nd line teams. I have had success turning under-performing service desks into award winning ones. I take great pride developing junior 1st line staff into disciplined, hard working and talented 2nd/3rd line staff for all IT teams.
