  • Anthony facilitated and delivered a global digital transformation with the creation of a truly global digital marketing and ecommerce transactional platform across 8 Business Units (10 bn Revenue) and localised into 50 countries (155 Websites) for b2c and b2b2c and b2b propositions.
  • Anthony managed development and delivery of a ground-breaking cloud native consumer Augmented Reality App IOS/Android with around 45 million downloads (localised into 43 countries) over a billion transactions
  • Anthony developed and implemented local ecommerce transactional systems and channels in over 20 Countries with annual revenues in excess £600million
  • Anthony developed, rolled out and productised a Global Digital Smart bike platform (website and app) solution into 15 countries and 30 cities all over the world. In addition, he spearheaded the development, roll out and continuous improvement of a 50-country visual. Business information platform
  • Anthony spearheaded the development and global rollout to 20 countries (13 different languages) of a consumer facing vertical AI customer service solution across web, appand social digital channels (messenger, whatsapp, skype,facebook and twitter )
  • Anthony has recently developed a strategic enterprise-wide approach to digital transformation and delivery, focusing specifically around defining the digital operating model, product-based investment, design thinking, iterative lean product planning and focused agile delivery. The strategy was designed as modular and scalable to be implemented alongside the business strategy and implemented across geographically dispersed teams focusing on high-volume transaction processing systems including the public website  (a UK top 50 most visited site), APIs servicing mission-critical track-and-trace capabilities for tier-1 clients and hand held digital devices supporting over 80,000 concurrent users.
