• In four months, delivered three final ERP development products on time, saving the programme £220k in service centre charges and avoiding costs to BC from restarting 2 projects.
• Reviewed ERP rationalisation and transition approach, new programme reformed the cut-over approach, improved supplier contracts and governance, delivered migration to new data centre, saving £900k in first full year (Honda).
• Revised programme and project management practice in line with Prince2 and MSP, to enable timely and on-budget delivery through improved stakeholder engagement, enhancing governance and project reporting, tighter financial controls and supplier contract review, use of pragmatic tender processes, introduction of technical readiness and business change/acceptance in three client programmes. (BTP, Honda, Hitachi).

  • In three months delivered GDPR readiness and operations, including policy development, awareness and training approach and materials, business analysis and comprehensive systems register for the Record of Processing Activities, start to third party assurance and mapped flows of key processes for a 500 strong multi-office services company undergoing technology and organisational change.
  • GDPR road-map devised for Operational Technology and IoT, based on close involvement of stakeholders and legal guidance; sponsored by Global Chief Digitalisation Officer and COO; achieved rapid start, completing Data Mapping and Systems Registry within 2 months .
  • Avoided £750k in cost of a three month delay by creating the service catalogue for the commercial carrier of a new centralised service by agile means in only 2 months, stakeholder approval in one more month.
